Registered Service Manager We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Service Manager to oversee the operation and performance of five children's residential homes across Staffordshire. This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for ensuring each home provides a safe, nurturing, and high-quality environment where children can thrive. The successful candidate will be an inspiring leader, an effective manager of people and resources, and a committed champion for children's outcomes. You'll work closely with Home Managers to drive excellence in care delivery, compliance, and development across all services. Key Responsibilities as a Registered Service Manager Provide strategic and operational leadership across five Ofsted-registered children's homes. Ensure all homes consistently achieve 'Good' or 'Outstanding' Ofsted ratings. Lead, mentor, and develop Registered Managers, promoting a culture of accountability, support, and continuous improvement. Oversee safeguarding, quality assurance, and compliance in line with Ofsted regulations, the Children's Homes Regulations 2015, and Quality Standards. Work collaboratively with local authorities, social workers, and partner agencies to ensure the best outcomes for children and young people. Monitor budgets, staffing, and resources effectively to ensure high-quality service delivery within financial parameters. Drive service development initiatives, ensuring innovation and best practice are embedded across all homes. Act as a senior point of escalation for safeguarding or operational issues.
